I was born into a Christian family, and was trained in the Word of God from an early age. At the age of 8 I understood clearly that I was a sinner and that Jesus Christ had died for my sin and had been resurrected in victory over death. I accepted Christ as my personal Savior.
God called me into the ministry at that same age, directing me in the years to come into His perfect will for my life, and confirming my call into the ministry. While on a Missionary Apprenticeship Program in Peru, in 1975, God made it clear that He was leading me into a church-planting ministry in South America. I prepared for the ministry and graduated from Faith Baptist Bible College. I later graduated from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary through a continuing education program. In 1978 we were accepted as missionaries to Argentina. I am presently enrolled in a Doctor of Pastoral Theology program at Bob Jones University.

I accepted Christ as my Savior in Vacation Bible School. I came to the realization that I was a sinner and that Jesus had died for my sins. I accepted Christ by faith alone. Later my family was saved, and we began attending a fundamental Baptist Church. The training helped me grow in the Lord and to learn His will for my life. I surrendered my life to Christ for missionary service while a student at Baptist Bible College of PA. Ron and I met in Peru on the Missionary Apprenticeship Program in 1975. After graduating from Baptist Bible College, we were married in 1977. I later finished graduate studies at the University of Michigan, and we have been serving the Lord together in Argentina since 1980. We have 3 children, Andrew, Susan, and Mark.
